[VPAC Vertu Expansion] Power Suppressor

The Power Suppressor is a structure found littered all over the Creeper World 4 Universe when the V-System is invading.
Destroying it will grant you additional power to use. For every Power Suppressor destroyed, more power is accessible. It is not that destroying them is what gives you power, it is their absence that does.

They make for important points of interest during an invasion and can be vital to destroy as to ensure the enemy doesn't over power you. You should always aim to destroy as many as possible but never forget, having more power doesn't win the battle on its own.

Getting how much power?

Power Suppressors allow 1 additional power to become accessible at minimum. However, when there are less total suppressors around the map at the start of the invasion, they tend to have an exponential growth of how much power becomes available as more are destroyed. This exponential rate typically means that after 15 suppressors are destroyed (likely all that where on the map in total), 25 additional power is available compared to the start.

Released ERNs

Sometimes an ERN will be released upon Power Suppressor destruction. The NEXUS.IOUS V.S is capable of abducting ERNs to “create” power upon successful abduction. Power Suppressors that can release an ERN have a purple outline (only in later versions of VPAC past v2.7.3.0) as opposed to a red outline. ERNs are rarely released but it is always worth the time and effort to attempt to abduct any ERNs with the NEXUS.IOUS V.S.
Unlike in the case of ERNs docked to units, ERNs contained in a Power Suppressor can not be destroyed while residing within the Suppressor. This means you can use TCMLs to strike down Power Suppressors indiscriminately while the Suppressor is still relatively healthy as they can not be directly damaged by TCMs.
