How do I beat this impossible custom map?

I came across this map:

Which claims it's impossible, and is pretty nuts (a spore attack of 100 spores comes in to kill you), and yet there are scores of people who have beaten it in ~45 seconds.  Anyone know how it's done?  Thanks!

Do you know that Odin City can fly, same as blasters and other weapons?

aye, but it still dies before it powers all 3 rifts.  I was hoping for something more detailed ;)

What would you do when you were under water and out of oxygen?

While floating, you don't generate any power, and thus can't power three rift totems.  Obviously the map is possible, but there's more to it than just floating to the rifts.  Just doing that will not work.  I did post in the map thread just now though and I'll do that first next time.
