Bug in chat

When I try to enter chat now, it immediately logs it out after loading.

This has not happened before, just today.

Anyone else experienced this or has an idea what could be happening?

That happens when you press the 'Logout' button in the chat window but don't log out of the main site. It's happened to me a few times, but it shouldn't be much of a problem.

I just tried what you suggested and logged out and back in on the forums but it still is happening, so it might not be that.

This should happen if you press either log out button, log in and try to view chat again, but I only mentioned the case most likely to confuse people.

First time i press the chat button , i get to the log in site ,
Then i close the chat window , and press the chat button again .
Then i usally get right in to the chat .

I tried all of that and it still doesn't work. If you need to know, the chat first fully loads before logging out.

Hmm , maybe it helps if you close your browsers and start over , but im not sure if it helps .
maybe Virgil has change the rules to join the chat , so you need more posts in the forum .

I never understood anyway why I sometimes enter chat immediately after clicking the button from the forums, and sometimes I have to log in again....

At the moment it seems to work fine for me.

No need for that. 'Junior member' (25 posts) is enough to access the chat.

Make sure your browser settings allow scripting and reboot your computer.
