From my own googling, i found a few sites wanting you to pay to get more then 2kb/s download speed, so in the end the real game is cheaper..

It's easy enough to spend $10 on fast food anymore.  Seriously, how hard is it to sacrifice a couple of cheeseburgers in the name of integrity to actually buy the game?  It's not a mainstream game either, which means the creator can probably actually use that $10 and definitely deserves it for making something unique and different on his own.
