I'm devising a list of maps that have the top rankings in specific categories (like most downloaded etc..) as well as creators and more. If you have any objections or nominations post a reply.
(This is based on all maps submitted since the creation of creeper world)

The categories are :

-Fastest Best time
-Longest Best time
-Fastest Average time
-Longest Average time

I agree with this , the map might charge an totem very fast if there is much energy there .

But there might be many maps with the same rate ,
so the map with most rates might be better .

Well, if you've got two maps with the same score you can take the map on which the most people have voted.

That is true, but there are still too many 5-star maps and it'd take me forever to figure it out the first time and a REALLY long time AGAIN when it needs to be updated.

If you really want me to add a 'highest rated/best map' type category, then I could make a best map of the week type thing where ppl vote on a map. ???

Yeah, with SQL you'd be able to extract that map from the database in a few seconds.

'The map of the week' has been there for a while, but I've never seen many people voting/participating (as long as I'm active on the forums).
