I’m testing the Code Maps right now, and I must say that you folks will appreciate this game mode! It is no way near the Chronom for CW1, it is much more complex.

    Hi,
Would it be possible to group a bunch of blasters like CTRL+Q, and CTRL+W, ect at the top of my head i can’t remeber what keys allready used in the game (I know 1,2,3 and A,x,d,w ect is used, but surely there must be some left ;-))
Anyway, THANKS for AT GREAT GAME!

Anyway, it’s really annoying that after pausing and telling something to move it’s impossible to put it back and we have to wait till it gets off then move it back… hope you will do something with this :/

Thanks for creating such a great indie game! I sent a e-mail to IGN GameScoop podcast, hopefully they will take time to check it out.

I can’t wait for the updates…. I like the idea of a anti-creeper vacuum. I would suggest that it be more like a anti-creeper beacon. So that you can tell it exactly where to attack. Similar to the spawn beacon for units on a RTS game. This will allow you to tell each MAKER where to send the anti-creeper.

Thanks Keep up the good work!

What about if the anti-creeper vacuum could fire compressed anti-creeper like a cannon?

I think a creeper vacuum would be awesome. I find myself in every map with a cavern full of anti creeper after thee creeper has been destroyed. I could use repuslars to get it where I need it, but it just seems too much work for too little benefit. I think a system where it is converted back into ore would be best. But since my ore bar is always full I think it should be stored as yellow ore blocks (which you excavate in normal maps). If you were to store it in the normal storing bar, then make it so you can set a limit to how much ore can be mined. eg if you can store 200, make it mine only 150, that way you can keep filling up.

I like Wisp’s Idea, a anti-creeper cannon would be very cool!

like it seems it is just taht the makers will get a “sponge” function.
They store the Creeper and are able to release it later.
Why reversing to ore if you can just transport it? The maker will do a little explosion when all the Anti-Creeper is released, and there u have it.
if the Anti-Creeper would be converted back to ore, it could be stored like the remnant ore.
    You have infinte Remnant-ore-Limits right?^^

I am looking forward to making an up-fighting map, since there were none in the campaign/bonuses. It looked like it would be really fun to try to survive a large amount of creeper pressing down on you. What did you learn about those types of levels, as you never said in that blog post.

i think the creeper vacuum is a bad idea because it would make the game too easy to beat the levels with no ore blocks in the map and you have limited anti-creeper so making the vacuum would almost make it so you have unlimited creeper.

You would have a very limited ore supply.. the moment the anti creeper touches creeper, they cancel each other out, that is not unlimited.

    77racecar77 June 8, 2011 at 5:33 pm |

you could use it for drones and then it would

  22. 77racecar77
    77racecar77 June 8, 2011 at 6:19 pm |

and could there be friendly drones or bombers like in the first creeper world that you could send anywhere in the map?

    Wisp June 8, 2011 at 7:31 pm |

Anti-creeper does very little to drones.. it will take out weak drones easily, but so will 2-3 blasters. So I don’t really see any gain in using “infinite” anti creeper against drones.
