[VPAC Main] Emitter Base

A simple structure designed to incubate a standard Emitter that will release 100/second or 50/0.5sec.
The incubation process requires the structure to be submerged in Creep, besides it's informer light towers.
The Emitter is no different to any other Creeper Emitter. It can be nullified and destroyed. Nullification will result in the Emitter Base being unable to be deconstructed and if the Emitter is destroyed, the Emitter Base will self destruct with an undesirable delay due to the sudden absence of the Incubated Emitter.

• Uses 1 Power.
• Must be submerged in Creep to activate.
• Incubates an Emitter that has an emission stat of 50/0.5sec.
• Incubated Emitter can be targeted and destroyed, causing the Emitter Base to self destruct which takes time.
• CAN BE NULLIFIED.
• Emitter Base is impervious to most if not all damage but the Incubated Emitter can be damaged by certain weapons.
