So, ive beat every map in the game.  A lot of the maps in the custom section.  And for the most part I always beat them on the first attempt.  I dont think I'm particularily good at this, but I'm at least decent  - so how do you the devil do you guys survive the initial assault?  I've tried a couple dozen times now and cannot build out enough quickly enough to avoid collapse.  And thats on ver 1!!?!  how about a hint or two on how to start out...
