bought and unable to retrieve game

bought game a year ago e-mail was sent and played game, loved it, but computer crashed and i cant find the e-mail. I still have the same credit card used to buy the game so I need to know how to get in contact with whom ever in the company so they can verify Im the card holder and send me the e-mail to the game ive already purchased. I cannot find a customer support link or e-mail anywhere on knuckle cracker
