Feature sugestion

I know some other games have it, with user created content, but what about the ability to password protect maps or some such so that other users can play the map fine but can't modify the map... Just a thought it had, though it might strike some as limiting the creative juices of others

My other idea is an option to toggle the requirement to collect all techs before the portal can be opened, because in that case i could place some supurflous techs to destract the player from their job and they wouldnt have to get them if they didn't want, like a  hard to reach thor the could cost the player valuable time in reaching

Also The [Spacebar] to copy feature is great but it should work for emitters too

it does work for emitters, it probably doesnt work for you because when you're trying to copy an emitter the cursor is still in the emitter values box, so when you press space you're adding spaces to the value you're imputting, just try clicking something else then the emitter and it will copy normally

I also had an idea to make a "Move odin city tech" because we have a box to say "don't allow the player to move odin city" why not have a tech one could pick up that simply changes the state of that variableso for example i can't move odin city until i pick up this tech which is way iover by my emitters but to win the level theres something i'll have to move odin city for

yeah there could be a thing you have to race to in order to get Odin city away from impending doom. the fractal propulsion tech or something

Survivor pods works quite well for this, I think.

ok so what i was thinking was you have some survival pods behind crazonium, only way to get them is by landing Odin city inside, however the "Can't move odin city" box has been checked so you're not alowed to move odin city  to get at the survivors until you collect this far off technology in the far corner by the creeper. Then you can move odin city in and get the survivors get back out reconnect to your network and go

I am against this notion as password protected means that tricks with the shading and edges can't be undone. Also, If anyone edits the map, Scores can't be submitted.

And this has already been done. If you activate all totems but don't have some of the techs, you can't go on.

I like the idea about the "Move Odin City" tech. It would make my maps where the city is immobilized more feasible due to the fact that the city [in this case "Ridgelift City"] needs to fly to get into the rift. It could also make my ideas for the 14th through 24th maps in my series even more ridiculous. [I really do intend to make a 30+-long series.]

I like the idea of an tech that makes the city abel to be moved .
Then some maps gets more stratigys to be finnished .
PLZ THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU CALL YOUR TOPIC ! It will make the search work better =)
