If you really think, you can defend against spores with SAMs, you should try this.
Because it wont be possible to do taht here.
This is way heavier than the normal Way over Agloria

HOW THE HELL DOING THIS IN 6 MINUTES?!?

Probably using "flying bridge" - I don't know how to say it.
Long distance between collectors can by bridged by flying sam or blaster, but it is extremely boring to pause game 200x per game and change direction of move. In this game you have to keep two bridges in the row ( boring^2  :-) )

I''m sure, local veterans have name for it. :-)

I had a dream:
Script
OnTime(00:00:05) Set Blaster01 = CreateObject("Blaster",20,30)
OnTime(00:00:25)  Blaster01.Disarm
OnTime(00:00:25)  Blaster01.Move(30,30)
OnTime(00:00:29)  Blaster01.Move(30,36)
...

Everyone doing this failed at playing CW

i dont care how it#s called. I just hate people wasting their time by NOT having fun at my maps.....
And I cant imagine someone having fun at bridging

It's the reason, why I don't have score at this map.  ;D
I think, men creating map should check this possibility before publishing map.

Blaze

You can Always Bridge and maps cannot be submitted without a score.

Link327

yeah.
Jsut make a test: Build a little map, dont play it and try to submit.
There will be a message saying you must submit a score.
And I took the long way. And built ways like this:
B
C--B--C--B--C--B
B
and so on, with much more blasters, i had for each collector at least two blasters to defend the connection. Sure, SAMs I had too, but they jsut reduced the spore amounts a bit. I think noone will have succes at beat this only with SAMs.
In that case, the Blaster directly behind OC has the special function to defend OC. Imagine it wouldnt be there and a spore hit OC directly.
You would lose everything. Especially important cause of the bottom/left waves that are coming.

Hi
I don't have score means - I don't play this game. (I started, but found out what kind of game it is and not finished.)

Yes, you can always bridge, but only on map like this it helps.

Yeah I did bridging. I was looking to get to 5 mins...

It actually only saved 30 secs as the "proper" way took 6.49 mins, and no you dont need to use blasters, just sams.

It's not fair to blame other people for finishing your map in a different way than you intended. CW offers many ways of playing the game and these are all legal. It's not up to you what should be considered fun. All people are different and I'm very glad about that.

The more maps you play, the more experience you will gain. The more maps you create, the better they will become. It takes a good player to become a good map maker, because that's the only way you'll be able to prevent certain techniques from being used.

I remember one of your first posts here at the forums. NJ-25: The Developer was one of the first custom maps you tried and you didn't like it because you couldn't get started. Not that strange of course, because I did my best to make it very hard and I wasn't exactly aiming at players who just finished the in-game maps. You did the same for this map to find out that clever players will always try to outsmart the map maker. Don't get frustrated by that, but just learn from it. That way your next map will be even better. Happy map making! :)

That is what a pwned map looks like. XD and don't get upset link, one of my first maps had the same problem... Actually, many problems. I ended up making a fixed version... Though it'd be very difficult to do that with this map.

I didn't bridge and got 9:14 on my first try, so it is possible to do this fairly easily.  Only built SAMS, but doubled them and tripled them up further along.  Plenty of time and energy to just keep building them.

Personally I don't like bridging.  Sure, on a few maps you have to, as they were designed that way, but I don't enjoy doing it and tend to just avoid those completely.
