Did you have to change the desc penguin? it doesn't even make sense... you could've just copied it from the page...

anyway, the 'skilled mapmakers' (part of what he was supposed to say) who participated in Community map #4 are:

the page you linked too appears to be locked... I could contribute to the basic design for whatever help that might be.

I just voted and noticed that some gutless moron stuck this with a "1" vote - and didn't have the nards to explain why.
There have been many maps I did not have a high opinion of, but what in the world is the purpose behind cowardly hiding behind your freaking monitor and popping a "1" vote.

Local, universal or forum time? Be more specific. I played that version of the map 10-11 hours after it was posted, but rounded up to a full day due to that being 1-2 UTC. Why do I remember when I played a map to the hour from 2 months ago? Good question, but not the point here.
