in the screen shots of the levels, under exit there is "double down off" what is double down?

It is but you have to complete the Story, Conquest, and Special Ops missions first.

As far as I know, you only have to complete the Special Ops mission 'KC' (which of course requires you play most of the game to access it).

And Loki's not that hard with double down, you can still achieve stalemate with the blaster and two mortars it recommends (you just have to make sure the blaster's in really quick).

Yeah, I'd beaten Loki by the objectives, then went back to just brute force it.  When I finally came back through Loki on Double Down, I honestly couldn't tell that it was any harder.
