this is a very simple PAC map. For beginners. There will be a more difficult version of this map.

very nice map. Balanced, not super easy, not super hard, visually nice, and no lag... the way I like it!

Can be done without a single spore--you don't even need the starting one.

Gotright

I still haven´t been able to understand how PAC works. Could you (or someone reading this) please make a idiot guide tutorial map for people like myself (Yes, I´m an idiot). Sorry to bother.

Martin Gronsdal

Your question is perfectly legitimate. Not knowing doesn't make an idiot. Not wanting to learn does.

Digitalis brush creates/removes digitalis. In void, removing digitalis will create a wave of creeper that can help to expand digitalis. Creeper level has to be at least 2 to build digitalis.

Spore tower and emitter. When you have filled digitalis over a PZ (the white circle), you may build an emitter or a spore tower there. Spore towers can be aimed at a certain place. If that place is in void, you can expand digitalis by adding it when the spores splash.

Emitters can be set to shed creeper always or in bursts. They yield more in burst mode but less often. Choose more than one/all emitters and then click on an individual emitter to support that particular one. It will become much stronger.

Force field (green arrow) allows to push creeper when you have totems in filled creeper (they get a blue aura around themselves). That will push creeper in a certain direction, and is helpful in attacking an enemy or expanding over void.

Remember that the space button cancels your choice. That is especially useful when using the force field.

Feel free to ask questions.

Disagree--you can build on a PZ when the center spot is living digitalis, you don't need the whole circle.

Hi Martin
It has been too long since I did a PAC map... Most of it came back...
But
So a question for you younger folk with better memories????
Does anyone remember how to cancel an emitter and replace it with a spore tower and vice versa...  My usually faithful Delete button failed me??????     OOPS = JUST USE Shift X to delete units
Likewise I seem to remember there once was a keyboard key to push that also turned on and off the ARROW force field... ???  OOPS = Keyboard key number 4

Otherwise...
Thank you for an entertaining evening Rennervate / AlexX...

OOPS -  Should have just looked up How to play PAC maps first ... https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=466266597

PS: Swiping units allows reissuing or canceling orders
