Not 'hard', I think, because power and resources are to hand, and the base is easily protected. Finishing it off takes a bit more skill and persistence.

Yeah, I was a little too hasty with that part.  It was my first real map, so I was kinda excited about getting it up.  My bad.  Folks, be advised: it's more medium than hard.
