Brute force cannons for the win. And sprayers, all the sprayers on the island before.

As you are reclaiming the starting frog, build a bunch of sprayers and kamikazee them into the AC Brred on the upper frog.  It may take a couple waves.

Once that starts taking off, start reclaiming the lower-left frog.  YUou may need to kamikazee a bunch of cannons into the flat area to assist in pushing back the creeper.  Eventually you'll be able to build a tower-chain along the outside to feed them/build an M-Rift.

Finally build a couple mortars on the eyes of your starting frog to start making dents agains the lilly pad above your starter frog, further doing damage via cannons and sprayers.
