Creeper never gets outside of the center area.  And someone managed to get a 57 second reclaim time (probably with some clever use of the starting orbitals).  Rather difficult to call it a containment failure.

Considering the fact that you can just use 2 rain orbitals and call it a day with all of the creeper really makes this seem like a minor inconvenience than a containment failure.
