They fly so fast and get on top of you and becomes frustrating to actually play the map, I feel like i have to spend 80% of my time just sniping even with auto defense upgrade

Only the chasers move fast, the searchers move slower and the tankers move very slowly. You can survive for a while with one on top of you, and only snipe them if they get too close.

Yeah, I think it's fair to say the auto-defense upgrade is basically required to beat this level and should be gotten as the first upgrade.   Without it you'll be attacking the creeper at most 44% of the time and sniping the other 56% (I originally said shooting 10% but then went and did the math, but sometimes it feels like 10%).   Also the sniper never recieves upgrades as far as I could tell. 

It took 10 minutes to get back under the creeper cap in the beginning because the flyers cause it to exceed the creeper cap by a significant margin.  You end up hearing the sniper noise a few thousand times this mission.  That last fortress bit is a bit of a slog too, it felt like there were 50 forbs or so in there. 

In all it was kind of a frantic but fun level, but too much time is spent sniping those enemies even with autodefense.  Maybe if the autodefense was removed and they had like 2/4/8 hp at the current sniper speed it might've worked fairly well (and remove or reduce the amount of forbs that add a few hundred extra required snipes).  Or maybe just enemies should either spawn less often, or have less health, or buff the actual sniper rifle.

The spawn times on the moving units seriously needs to be increased. As is they're constantly coming at you with almost no downtime making it feel nearly impossible to make any progress. I love the idea, but it needs some refinement.

Also, the addition of skimmers into this map I feel was a poor choice. And it feels like their stun duration was increased, because I was just stunned by one while dealing with one of the big tanky guys, and got stunned for 5 seconds. Which was an immediate death sentence. But yeah this is a nightmare. I was barely able to carve out a small part of the south western corner of the map, and by the time I managed that, in between dealing with the movers, now the creep level is so high that I just cannot make any progress. It's a fight just to keep what little land I do have while constantly having to switch to the sniper.

The Auto sniper is either too slow, too weak, or both for this to be much fun.

The quick respawn and movement of the baddies was really annoying. A respawn of 1 to 2 min would have been much better. And most should have been slower. Pity the sniper gun doesn't seem to get upgraded.

Alas, this map was very frustrating. Cool idea though.

It feels like just letting the sniper gun and auto sniper get upgraded from the weapon upgrades would make this level way more fun. As is, it's a bit of a slog and frustrating as heck when you have to spend so much time just making sure you're safe rather than shooting creeper and planning your way forward.

Still kind of fun, though. I like slogs.

Love the concept but the amount spawned was just excessive.

As a lot of others have stated, this is a great concept, but terrible execution.

The autodefense isn't OP, it's NECESSARY to beat this level. And even then, when attacking an area with mortars and forbs, the autodefense targeting leaves a lot to be wished for. We had forbs, skimmers, blobs, small critters, mortars, AND the chasers coming at you. There were several times where I just had to retreat to take out the skimmers and chasers, and lose all the ground I had already taken. Sure, I could sit back and wait for upgrade points to get the orbital rain or whatever, but it's not exactly fun to just sit back and wait for that.

In the beginning you have to rush to get the small flip-breeder on the left, and try to take other flip-breeders as soon as possible to be able to have any room to kite the chasers. Even then, the amount of chasers that just keep coming is ridicculous, and especially the tanky one's; you spend more time shooting them down than shooting creeper.

And once you reach the areas with mortars and forbs? Good luck, your autodefense aims at whatever, and you have to fall back all the time not to be overwhelmed by chasers. And if a single skimmer stuns you? Good night.

So good concept, but poor execution. It feels like you just threw a lot of stuff in here, thinking "ooh, this could be fun! And this! And this! Yeah, this'll be amazing!" without foresight on how these things work together to just overwhelm the player.

where did the meta that FPS maps had to be long, hard, boring slog fests come from? the flyers spawn too fast so you have pretty much have the sniper running atleast 50% with 30% of the time spend dodging leaving not enough time to actually progress. this not Dark Souls we are allowed to have fun.

i'm 1h40m in and its stalemate, if i want to not die its 90% sniper, if i want to progress i have to put the sniper away...

No hard feelings, but I was not a fan of the new units. I think I would have really enjoyed the map without them though.

kaiden listen,i think we should power-up the sniper too,and some chasers are way to fast.

now i not gonna lie,the chasers are actually kinda cute,now the seachers and tankers freaked me out because of the empty looking faces.

but that doens't mean that the maps are becoming bad,but they are just evolving even if its not perfect.

i really hope that the sleeper units would be exactaly the same was in cw3

The main problem with this was the skimmer factory. The mesh crawlers spawn hundreds of blobs which distract your Autodefense and generate tons of extra creeper when they are sniped instantly. To add to that weapon upgrades don't seem to help your sniper so it will always take you 10 seconds of focused fire to take down one of the flyers.
