My suspicion is that you have to use an orbital to convert some "seed" anti-creeper and then drop it in or on what appears to be AC breeder terrain.

This map has been removed due to the images included in the ADA log. They were not relevant to game play, they make the file size for the map excessively large and those images are also potentially  controversial. .

I will be rereleasing this map without any images. Responding to the question, you don't need orbitals to acquire anti-creeper.

Love to know the secret. I played this map, but got a terrible time. Might get a better time on a replay, but getting AC - still not sure how.

I would rather not spoil the solution. But a good hint is to pay attention the any bit of text, be it the title, intro, or ADA message.
