One rating and, of course, it was a "1".
Apparently you hurt someone's feelings.
I will not use my favorite two word expression.
Will now give it a go (and fail) but won't give it a 1 either.
Thanks,
H

People aren't allowed to vote a 1 if they don't like the map?  I like a lot of Martin's maps.  But historically I almost never see them above about a 4 or 5.  Probably because it's a style a difficulty that most people don't like.  Nothing wrong with that.  I still give them a go myself because I like a challenge. Not everyone is the same though.

People can vote any way they want - and do.
And when some jerk does a rage quit because of their own inability to play a tough map, they take it out on the map creator by downgrading it.
It takes a ton of work to create some of the maps we see here and I try to make it a point to respect the effort, even if I don't like/can't complete it.

I always encourage the down-voters to identify the maps they've published to let the rest of the group evaluate their work.
No takers so far.

BTW - on my sixth attempt at this, I managed to live until 1:03...damn I'm good!  ::)

the idea of downvoting a map because i cant beat it is actually pretty childish  :P

It's actually worse than "The Korean" scores.

done...the race at start was pretty fun...getting things set before the first wave

though i expected the bottom to present a greater threat from the ground while i was trying to take over the top

cool map, i also enjoyed having to reach through for the nullifier

Martin Gronsdal

Thank you for playing!

Where did you land the guppies?

Woke up this morning and looked at my save, then asked myself what the heck was I thinking?
I was at about 22:00 play time and realized I could have taken out that one Emitter way early in the game.
From there it was just a matter cleaning up.
Spoiler
PZ Guppies are a good thing.

Thanks for the fun.
