I'm a native English speaker and 'vulcano' is acceptable enough to me.  The word 'volcano' is derived from an island called Vulcano, and 'vulcanology' is an acceptable spelling of the study of such things, so a u for an o is no big deal.

And anyway, your English is far better than my Norwegian...
