Threshold emitters scattered around the map. They emit creeper/anti-creeper when its depth falls below a certain threshold (i.e. only when shallow enough). Spores, digitalis, runners and an inhibitor too. Enjoy! #crpl

Nice and enjoyable classic cw3 map.
You was so kind that prepared for us terrain pad (square with high heght of terrain) for nullifier for Inhibitor!  :D
Thanks and 9/10 from me.

P.S. Don't understand where was used crpl although.
       And Good lu!

Fun stuff.
I couldn't decide which way to attack, so used a three-pronged approach. Suggest that no one else try that. Very slow.
I don't understand "Threshold" Emitters. I was beating on them with stacks of weapons and trying to bury them in A/C, but they never flipped.
What's the secret on that?

Thanks for the fun.

Maybe I didn't make it clear enough, or the CRPL just didn't have that much an impact.  :o

The idea behind these emitters is that they won't emit creeper unless the level of creeper is below a fixed value (which would be the "threshold"). For example, if I have emitter of amount 20 and threshold 1, the emitter won't give off creeper unless the depth of creeper under it is less than 1 (which is really shallow).

This is intended to prevent creeper from stacking up too high over a long time, which could make it too much of a slog. At the same time, it will make it more challenging to assault the threshold emitter, as it will emit a lot more creeper (since you would constantly lower the creeper to be less than the threshold).

Could perhaps make the threshold smaller, and the emit amount bigger -- making the effect more pronounced.

thats a nice idea, an emiter that doesnt threat on long range but holds its ground like a fortress

I remember that something like that was in Sorrontis's maps in PF...
