Good idea! Revolving resources in our life is so actual!  :D

Umm, maybe i'm stupid...

This seems like a ***very easy*** speedrun map.

Effectively infinite aether to fuel your researches.

piffling little spores.

Several emitters that ARE NOT SWITCHED ON even?
The active emitters all down in valleys, helpless to assault from the surrounding highlands.

The absolutely only skill that is tested is the players ability to place collectors on terraced terrain.

P.S.
I think your code for returning resource spots is wonky.
I got instantaneous 3 * rebuilds (4 total) of the energy resource. It would literally reappear instantaneously after being used up.
That gave me 1000 energy right from the start, which was enough to build a colelctor network that spanned 70% of the whole map, in under 3 minutes.
Less so on the aether spots, but then after the first 4000-5000 aether, who needs any more?

It's still in experimental stage, but I guess that interval between packs regrowing is too short?

Thank you for feedback!  :)

Sorry, but not agree with previous post (not from Builder17  :) ).
For me balance of gameplay balanced very good. And interval of revolving of resources packs also very good for comfortable (not too stress) and enjoyable playing.
Good work and thanks!

This was a terrific game to play.
It kept me stretched a bit trying to manage several fights at once, but it was good to keep moving.
FWIW, I'll take all the Aether you'll give me, and gladly.
Some people will complain about too much hot fudge on their ice cream (as if such a thing were possible!). LOL!

Thanks for the fun,
H

I actually thought it was pretty well balanced, with the lack of reactor availability?

On the other hand, while the idea of regrowing siphons is definitely interesting, in practice, keeping up with it felt more like a chore on top of all the fronts I was micromanaging at once than anything. Some people are probably more into that level of micromanagement, but I'd personally probably want to keep the number of regrowing crystals/packs/whatever you want to call them down to a handful at most?
Currently watching: ARIA, Dog Days, and other unlikely things.
And some likely things, too!

Next map of this kind won't have so many packs, also they will contain more resources. Thank you!
