This map deserve a better rating. I guess the last trick to nullify the spore is why some downvoted.

To nullify the top most spore tower, clear all other enemy.

Put the nullify beside the spore tower and put the CN in one of the "leaf". Move your CN between the two leafs. Each time the CN fly near the nullify, it will give a bit of energy to build then charge. Eventually, the nullifier will do its job

Pretty sure the guppy usage you are pointing at is one that's actually borderline a bug, and that's barely known in the community at all. For us, normal humans, guppies leave a footprint where they land where you can't build things until you move the guppy.
