I'm not sure what the player is expected to do here.
If you have some instructions for your non-standard map, more people might be able to play and give you feedback.

Maps that have unique Mechanism really should provide a link to a description of sorts.

In this case, look for a preceding map by the same author. It involves creating "portals" (blue/orange" pairs that teleport the player object around the map. This one might be the same.

Edit. In this cases the map author realized his omission and re-uploaded the same map. :(
