Im not sure what you try to say , but if i understand correctly :
You want there to be an free version of the mapmaker ,
so players that only use the demo can make maps as well ???
( And play other custom maps )

If it is this what you try to say , i have to say i dont like it .
Then what will be the point of buying the game .

Even if you don't have the full game, you can download the map editor and create your own maps. But you can't test your maps. You can even upload your maps if you don't have the full game and hope others like them.

You can't make a good map without playing the entire game (the demo are just the 5 easiest maps).

No, I don't "hope" it. It's just a way to make maps whiteout having the full game.
After reading comments and "rejection messages" :D he can made better maps.
