This is one of those endings where a certain amount of uprades are needed to complete it as singularity is disabled. I can get to the inhibitor in 11 mins but then need to wait (5 mins?) for enough aether to upgrade.

Yes, I had this problem also, though I didn't get there as quickly, and didn't figure out how to do it at all until after many attempts. I'm curious if your solution was the same as mine:

Even with the following:

• 10/10 packet speed/build speed
• The allowed two Berthas perfectly timed to alternate their fire
• the Nullifier connected by relays to a CN that is literally as close as it is possible get to it
• Two shields and four mortars covering it

I could only get the Nullifier to finish most (but not all!) of the time, and it consistently died before it went off, with a Bertha shot in flight but just not quite getting there in time. The way I eventually found was to time a flyover of two full Sprayers and sacrifice them in-air to create a dense bubble of AC to buy those few extra seconds.
