ARC Custom Module: Shield

Experiments with new shields have been declared successful! ARC proudly presents another way to tank! Not getting hit!
This modules takes up 15 e/s when activated... so be warned. It pushes all particles away from it, so you can push benign particles in a direction if you want. It activates only when a particle is near it's effective range though :D
