Well... This and only this. Interpret the "and" to mean that there should be either one or two of these prebuilt, as the entire player fleet, if you like.

P.S. Also it was possible to add Stunner Spawners for using all ability of Gabrien ship.
P.P.S. Good ship in case of not so strong emitters...
