Tbh, number doesn't really matter here - as long as it's after civilisation in main game so particulate is the enemy instead of the creeper. Might have as well made it 146th, 666th or 9001st. Because there sure will be many more human civilisation after the one in PF:E (eventually) falls. And it's great excuse to be using the same portraits and names while telling another story, because, as it's been said in codex, in each civilisation the most important people have repeating names.
