Nice map, but I had to wait couple minutes after I finished the map just to see how starbase looks like ;) I also didn't really get the chance to use amp gems, since by the time I got to them, map was pretty over.

Doh! Completely forgot about the Starbase! The heavy armoured shielded thing was more than beast enough.

How do i get the ship in the center? it is covered with mire, so cant use lathe on it, and omni cant land there. stuck, please help

You have to send blue particles to land and mire it that way.

Very nice map.  Enjoyed very much!

I also not used starbase and didn't get the chance to use amp gems.
The most excited and useful custom ship was HDP-41. So good balanced that I want to have it in my fleet!

For the unenlightened how did you beat this without the starbase? I found I was completely dead locked by the totems regenerating the land.  They ate away at the shielded ship too fast to protected the double lathe ship from getting anymore emmiters once I was in the middle area.
I was in the middle by 15 minutes, started the starbase at around 25 i think.. it takes over 8 minutes to build x_x. then finally with it I broke in and cleared by 48, I can't fathom how some pushed sub 20.
This is possibly the highest rated map I've so strongly disliked thus far.

I managed to sneak the double lathe ship around the edges enough to neutralize an emitter here and there. Once you have a clear path to a back corner you are set since everything is forced forward by fields.

Took forever, eventually worked my way around to the central flippable emitters.

Didn't get a chance to use the starbase, by the time I got it it was all wrapped up anyway.

General thoughts:
This is a good mission.  The pacing is a bit on the slow side because of all the struc.  The starbase is useless as it just takes *way* too long to build.  On my first run, I didn't get the starbase finished before the map was over.  On the second, I started building the starbase immediately and did get to actually use it a bit.  IMHO, it was a mistake though, as its construction used a lot of power that could have been used elsewhere and the map was already decided by the time the mission was finished.

9/10 (taking off a point for the useless super ship)
