Clever idea and well made.  A bit frustrating at times as I was waiting for the CN to recharge and fly back, but I did enjoy it.
Omnipotence doesn't mean the ability to do what is logically impossible. It's possible, therefore, for God to create beings with the kind of free will that can choose between good and evil, but he can't also force those creatures to choose good. If he forced their choice, it wouldn't be free.

A CN can draw power from connected structures and dispatch packets even while flying.
A narrative is a lightly-marked path to another reality.

I wasn't getting nearly enough power while in mid-air.  Probably needed to change what I was building.

How can one kill the emitter?  I see no way to get enough firepower on it and maintain it for long enough to build the nullifier.

Here's what I found worked:
Spoiler

After taking out the runner nest I built a few cannons and filled sprayers.
I then dropped the CN on the center island in the middle of the creeper there.
Then I moved the weapons onto the island as well to take out the creeper.
Once it was gone and I was stabilized it was simple enough to take out the emitter.
