Some comment  from my experience:

Spoiler
I attack two area of "bad particles". More easyer attack one by one.
Important shortage of energy. That is why use all available space for building collectors.
Use all Anti-Creeper generated by "good particles".
Prepare enough "full loaded Beams" to attack "bad particles generator".

I played again as was explained in my spoiler and get best score (better than DOmOnik!  :) ).
