And I'm on at all different times (but never for very long). Kinda weird, huh? And yeah, the first thing I did after I did this build was build terps and do what Dom said. And you can use guppies b/c they're runner-zap-immune but it was soooo much building and pausing I just pretty much let it run after the initial build.

Yanno, it might be nice if someone did a series of maps for the newer-ish players to help them learn how to use power stuff more efficiently. Not everyone automatically realizes stuff like washing clothes on the "warm" setting is a lot faster than "cold" or "hot". Some people are just weirdly like that.  ;)

It felt too big, really. Once I had a solid foothold, nothing could touch me and it was just matter of mortars + guns + nullifiers, then move on to next island. And like that 20 times. At the end I felt tired :P

PS: some of islands dont have digitalis on them.

Seconded.  Once I cleared my first large island I started building PZ berthas.  The last island was under basically continuous fire from something like 100 of them.
