Energy without command node

Not sure if there's a way to generate and use energy without a CN or a guppy connected. Tried:
*Building a reactor into that network. Nothing
*Energy siphon. Nothing

Anything works?

Command nodes and guppies are the only source of packets. You can fake it with a lot of CRPL, but it won't be easy.

Wasn't there a map by J that had this?  I'm thinking it was a micro PAC world...might have some CRPL you could look at.  Sorry I can't be more specific on which map it was.

Yes, there was a J PAC map that did that. You can use CRPL to modify the engery level of whatever however you want. I have done so on several maps.
