Just what is up with this place anyways??

I cant figure this out. either since they can flood the space, and the spores keep you too honest
and no nulifier

You don't start with a nulifier, but the tech for it is on the map. You just have to fight your way to it and pick it up before you can start eliminating any of the creeper units.
