Ok, so did I survive?

The idea is nice but some aspects should be improved.

1. The players receive almost no info about what's going on. It would be nice to see the AMT of the emitter and the spore intervals. Or at least to see the spore build delay. And you should add a warning text that the spores are much stronger than usual so players will need a bunch of beams.

2. On the other hand, it's not that difficult to 'beat' this map in the regular sense (in about 30-40 mins). So what happens after that? I quitted first after 1h because I found it boring and meaningless to go on, but then I checked the script and realized that the game ends at 1:15:00. You should have added a note on this, most players will never find this out on their own.

3. You can manipulate scores if you want to implement a reverse scoring (players receive higher scores with longer completion times) for similar maps. Unless, the scoreboard doesn't make much sense now. Check the SetAdditionalScore call in the reference.

(And what was the purpose of that runner nest in the East? I've built a solid defense around it but nothing seemed to happen at all...)

the runner nest acts as a survival pod and ends the game when destroyed

In the designer's defense: this is a survival map.
Although technically you've won by doing nothing, actually you've just lost the game. Shorter completion times indicate that a player couldn't survive long enough.
And you can win in the regular way if you survive for 1:15:00.

However, I share your feelings about the scoreboard, but some manipulation of the gametime and / or scores could have easily fixed this issue.

This map and the earlier version confused me.  When I see there is no nullifier.  It usually means I will have to quit the game because there is no way to finish.  Oddly, I failed to build enough beams on the first map and was surprised by what happened next.

What I have always suspected about this game, was once again confirmed.  A slow computer will cause much longer times verses a fast computer.
I respect those who quote me the least.
