He likes to pull stunts like that--you're going to lose several CNs before you have a safe base. Losing the CN is *NOT* the end.

Half the map is meaningless, though--mostly it's just emitters that can't get off their islands, the only distance threat is the one spore tower and you have so many PZs that it's irrelevant by the time you could get to it.
