LushLand is a strange place. The terrain is difficult and treacherous. Watch your step...

Nice map, slightly tricky to get established but the real challenge comes when you have to taken on the bugs. I'd turn off the attractor / black hole as it's not actually needed and would make it a bit easy if you use it I think.

As soon as I opened the map my four year old shouted "Look a it's a lion" was that intended?

pastor.healer

Thanks for the comments.  No, the lion just showed up.  I purposed to keep the ability to send ships out
locked down.  My maps are not usually for the quick coffee break but for those who like a long slog.

Merry Christmas to all of you.

Blessings

I know it's with the timing, but i'm just missing it. some turns they are popping spores so fast, others i have a moment but lost my grip a few moments later. i'm gonna try it a few more times.

Orangina, I'm not sure by your post where you are struggling.  I think it is in the beginning.  So, let me get you going...

Set two CN's down next to each other.  Build out four beams, two at a time.  Placement is going to be important.  Don't
overthink this.  Look where your held back spores are going to come from and plan accordingly.  You can build beams
and reactors to your hearts content before the spores are released.

Hint:   Build your beams and plenty of reactors before you set down your first collector.  Now, will you please take top
score!  :)

Have fun

orangina

oh hahah i thought i noticed that then figured i was seeing things. i truly did try over 15 times before posting for help. you are always quick to respond whenever i post. you are awesome. i'll go play it again right now.

orangina

well i didnt build any collectors. only beams. i got 2 reactors down before the spores come. im sure i can get it, need to try it a few more times.

mmh

One thing I did was build a couple of reactors but deactivate them at 48/50. Then I activate them all at once and they would finish building before the spores start.

RrR

overbuild reactors. Then 5 or 6 finish at about the same time. About the only time I have ever deliberately done this.
Takes just as long as building two at a time to 48/50 but less risk less micromanagement.

mine eyes doth deceive me?  ???
did i just read that RrR is even capable of achieving an energy deficit state?  :o
i was under the impression you had some kind of null point energy generator you could hook up somehow! ;)

wow i had a nice set up. can't survive. i am beaten. i will come back to this when my skills increased. i've been loving this game since creeper 1 . i always love a pastor healer map

Orangina, I want to see you get through this map.  If you want to that is...  :)

Set two ships (CN's) next to each other so that they are as close to the creeper as possible.  Then build two beams to the left.  When they are done,
pause the map, move them off to the left up by the Air Exclusion.  (Blue circle)

Build two more beams and when they are complete, pause the map.  (P)

Move one beam to the left of the left CN and move the other to the right of the right CN.  Click on the left CN and then at the bottom, click to return
it to orbit.  Now you have room to lay out six or seven reactors.  Put them up at the top so that the bugs can't get to them.

Unpause the map (P) and let them build out.  This is the slow part of the map but important to do so that you have enough reserve power to feed
the beams.  As soon as the reactors are built out, you can begin to lay out connectors to the beams on the left.  Do it quick or you will run out of
power on them as they are being used up.

My next move was to blast that Air Exclusion to the left of the CN.  Once that is gone, I put a relay there so that I could get across the creeper to the
bottom.

That is all for your hints.  :)

Hope that helps you in this map and future ones.

I don't know if you realize it or not, but when you nulify certain items, there is a glowing ring left on the surface of the map.  There are certain items
you can build in those and the rings give them super powers.  Practice trying different builds on those.  You might be surprised what you can do with
them.  Sometimes you just flat need them period.  Like in my maps  :)

Blessings

orangina

awww thanks for all that personal attention. ok i will try it again tomorrow.

Just want to say love all your maps pastor.healer! This one is my favourite yet, I love the extra challenge at the start, great map!

Spoiler
My tip for this map: it's all about patience, get your upgrades for power, range, fire rate up to full whack before you attack. The only bits i attacked initially where along the top of the map and I put reactors on the power zones, then use the power to activate as many totems as pos.
