Sorry, thought someone lit the whining lamp (or whigning for them what speaks a different flavour of English).

ok got a fair to middling strategy going.  ;)
Spoiler
so basic base, power/mines/power/forge, then beams, then 3 sprayers on constant, then blasters on D, then mortars and more power, terped that ledge for the extra cell. and presto your base is safe for the duration.
as far as i can see the plan is simultaneous kill of all possible enemy units. the only one that is tricky is the closest spore tower. the rest just need some fast work getting guppies going.
also have some bombers, occasionally the C leaks from the D between the emitters and nests on the upper islands (haven't seen it on the western ones).
so build all the 8 nullifiers with them disarmed, (maybe then delete a few guppies and build a bertha, perhaps two, just in case :D) and then kill all and get a nullifier on a the nest PZ on the closest island to get that last spore tower. :o
see pics for a few ideas!

hope that helps 8)

Easier than most of his.  There's plenty of space for your base.

If you can pull it off a simultaneous kill would do it but if you don't get it right (and considering runner stun I think that's a matter of luck) you've got a big mess.  My next try was to nullify the SW island then use strafers to clean up and proceed around the track--bad idea.  The gunners shoot too far, I always ended up cutting the next path.  Replace the strafers with bombers and it became routine.  I had them on auto, I just kept directing them to the next target in line.  I had 6 guppies providing power and just extended a line around.  Cannon on the single PZs, collector and beam on the PZ pairs.  (Probably overkill but no big deal.)  A nullifier on the single PZ clears the next pad, a cannon up there cleans it up.  Once I got started I didn't really need the bombers even.

Thanks for all the comments...

I think what holds me to this game is the diversity in how we all play them.

Am I the only one that still feels bloated from last night?

Tek, would you give a quick tutorial on how you included those screen shots above?

And as an example of that:

Spoiler
It is possible to complete this map without fighting the creeper at all.  Just beams, guppys and nullifiers.

hey man when you reply to (or start a) post there is a "+Attachments and other options" below the text box
click it and below the "Attach:" you can just whack the screenies you take straight in there.
to take a screenie you can press "F11" for a full screen shot or "F12" for a view at the zoom you are currently using. i tend to do both.
screenshots are in C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\creeperworld3\Screenshots for me, so something similar for you i guess. depends on how you put folders and shortcuts together, but i think that's the default path ???
hope that helps  8)

For Mac users: You press Command-Shift-4 to bring up crosshairs for selecting a section of the screen you want to capture. If you press spacebar meanwhile, you get a choice of capturing a single window complete with its title. If you want the entire screen, press Command-Shift-3. Either way, your captured file will be on the desktop with names like "Screen shot 2014-11-27 at 10.30.29 PM". These are in PNG format but I think most forums accept it. If not, you can open them in Preview.app and export them as JPGs.

Great looking map! I'm still trying to figure a good opening. Hopefully I'll get to finish it tonight but the Prince handed me some map-making assignments.  ::)
Twas a sad day when we mothballed Creeper World for Particle Fleet.
