Please share how you got your best time

It took two tries to get it because I didn't know how much time I had.

It turns out you have enough time to use collectors to raise energy to the point where you can do 4 nullifies to take everything out.

Based on the creator's time, that's what we are expected to do.

The trick is getting enough power to build and charge 4 nullifiers without taking too long.
