More capsules have been found underground collect them for additional research.

why limit 30 repulsors(i call them lazers) exacly )
i mean even if i wana had fun and move anticreep to place with that 25 emiters need 9-10 of them only...

I limited them to stop people from messing around with the creeper and anti-creeper too much and I doubt anyone would use 30 repulsors on the map. You should need no more than 10 really.
