Are you sure you posted the right code? This one has a huge starting island without emitters and lots of totems. Doesn't seem that difficult.

In case this is indeed the correct code and you are having trouble with the AE tower: Build a terp on the main island, fly it over, flatten the topmost small island, land a CN, nullify the AE tower, use the powerzone to nullify the emitter.
