Virgil license the music from a site. Maybe someone else also licensed the music.

Do you reckon it is the same music though? Its weird I happen to watch it on the same day I played Creeper World again

All I can say is... the first few seconds of that video disturbed me.
Most probably it is the same music, just from a 3rd party source. In Flash games you hear plenty of the same sound effects in different games.

I think Creeper World 1 had used music from this one site that almost EVERY flash game likes to use.

The creeper world music is pretty original, and really fit the game. I've never heard it in any of the countless other flash games I've played...
But it is usually best not to reinvent the wheel, especially if you can get stuff like sounds and physics engines off the internet.
