It is unclear how to remove Stone Blocks with the Blue X's.  Seems required to complete the level.

Once more. :)  Blue "x" blocks indicate diggable blocks. Some gateways will emit enemy dig packets that will dig terrain marked this way. THese packets can only travel though empty space or creeper. Anti-creeper and solid terrain blocks them.
