Although I don't play them very often, I like your maps as well. Especially the looks of them, because I'm a fan of symmetry and patterns, especially in art (and isn't map making a great kind of art? ;)).

The only problem with patterns in CW maps is that they might get a bit repetitive, causing the player to keep applying the same strategy/tactics, which is taking away a bit of the challenge for me. That's why I prefer your maps that have a somewhat more organic appearance.

They all look very cool though and I am impressed by the number of maps you have produced over the past months!

Finally I'd like to say that I really appreciate it that you submit a score for each of them; indicating that you're not only a good map maker, but also a good map tester. :)

It was ment as an joke to an post =)

I have made many pattern maps , because they usally get most played .
Might be because they usally has been an nice short map to play , but still gives an bit of fun to play .

And i must say that i'm abit disapointed that my face map hasnt gotten more attention ,
it is an nice map , and is nicely made if you compere it to the real pic and the gameplay , i think .

An Blaster test map to show that the Blasters does'nt fire as i would like it to =P
An Blasters always fires up and to the left over and over again ,
but i think it should fire to the right and down aswell =P

I noticed that with Dream by Miss Melissa. When I was protecting the survivors on the top and bottom by sending a blaster to each one, the top blaster did its job, but the bottom one I had to put into the pit to get it to fire in there. A bit annoying.

It has annoyed me for an long time , but i never sayd anything about it , just accepted it as : thats how it is .

I also noticed it at exactly that same map. Of course the blaster has to make a choice when the distance to the creeper is the same in multiple directions, so I think there's nothing that can be done about it. I find it more annoying that a blaster not always fires at the creeper that is really closest, like when it's flowing down from a ridge (see here). I noticed this again on my latest map (Hard Art 1: Horsemen), where you will see this same behaviour at the hind legs of the horses.

NB: I think a new topic would have been better for this issue, because Virgil probably won't read this.

Yes i think your right about that , so if someone does , they should copy these last post or link them ,
if they dont get moved or something .

right now i can remember this trubble when i made this map :

And i ended up with Blasters from the start , because they did'nt fire as i wanted to .
Might noticed it before that too , but thats the map that poped up in my mind at the moment .

Lol i started working on an 300 map , because im close to have posted so many maps =P
But this map will end up in the trash because it lags to much ,
im only up to 60 sec off 300 sec for the Emitter spawning idea =P
So to many Emitters are stacked and make this map an waste of time to finnish and play if it was finnished =)
