score submit failure is not handled

i have blocked creeper 2 in windows 7 firewall (wf.msc), but when i submit score, creeper 2 never tell me it fail. it just keep going as if succeed

and sadly for code map there is NO way to re-submit the score

It will indeed not tell you, but of course you won't see your score on the scores page.

When you re-select that same code map and hover your mouse pointer over the score (on the top right of your screen), you will see a resubmit button appear. First change the CW2 settings in your firewall though!

I have had similar about my score not showing up, but because of my internet. What sometimes happens, is that the score does not show up immediately. Sometimes it takes it's time. ;) You might want to doublecheck to see if they are there now.
