I was just wondering if anyone here plays CW in the default window size?  On my monitor, the default window is about 4 x 5.5 inches (10 x 14 cm for the metric lot) big and I would severely strain my eyes if I were to play at that size window.

Inquiring minds want to know.

Im pretty sure I play with the default size. On my pc it tends to get a little slow if I resize. Its not that big of deal I dont strain any more than usual. :D

I have it slightly bigger then the optimal size ;)

I play on the default size. If I go full screen, it lags more than I like, and if I puds the set size now button, it gets a teany tiny bit bigger. Of course, I play this on a notebook, so what can I expect. :P

I always play full screen. However after switching between different programs (i.e. Firefox) sometimes the windows taskbar gets in the way when I switch back to CW. Then I have to press 'Esc' to return to windowed mode, resize the window to become smaller than my desktop and click the maximize button again. I never understood why, but I got used to it.

That same thing happens to me. I thought it was because I was mis-keying something.

I play with the screen all the way to the edges of my screen, with enough of a gap to the bottom of my screen so that the taskbar doesn't get in the way if I bring it up.
