i downloaded the full version but havnt played in a while... not letting me on

You must install the full game and run it at least once before installing a patch.  Once you have done this, then install the patch.  You can install the full game over this version, run it, enter your license key, then reinstall this patch.

this is wats showing up when i open the game... is it just a new patch out and i cant play until i get it or wat?

No, you should start the game at least once before you apply the latest patch, which is version 0380.

So install game again, run it, enter key, close it, install patch, run it again, play. :)

Nope. Your gamedata.dat file won't get replaced.

But if you've already played it, why do you get that message?

might not have the latest patch or something last time i was on was like before the latest patch

Yeah, but if you've already played it and entered the key, any patch should install fine without getting that message.
