HOW TO : Float / floating , hang / hanging , hover / hovering, soar , glide ,,,

I think there should be an guide of how to float ,
so if someone has an nice and easy way to show players how to do so ,
they should post it here .

The basic idea of how to it is :
Use the city or an tower to move it to an new place ,
but before it lands on the ground , you change the place where it's going to land .

Change the place to land before it lands , to make it float ,
and try not to loose connection to the items that is on the ground .
